Adele is seeking support for her January 2014 trip to Africa. Twenty five students from Deakin University are travelling to the CHINTSA community in RSA to spend two weeks helping with Health Education — through games, sport and instruction depending on the age group of children being instructed.

The trip is through the auspices if International Student Volunteers (ISVolunteers.org), a USA based NGO whose goals are to enhance community health and reduce community violence. An adjunct to the working trip is a week of cultural education for the volunteers visiting projects in other areas, Kruger National Park wildlife sanctuary and embarking on a whale-watching sea safari.

Her overall expected costs are $7,500 and Bayside Rotary is her first appeal to raise sponsorship funds.

Peter K chaired a short Q&A session to allow Adele to elaborate on queried issues then thanked her for her inspirational address.
