Peter welcomed Members and thanked everyone for their outstanding team work at the CoGG Christmas break-up. We did a great job for a small club and received many compliments.

Daryll - Community Service : Geelong Advertiser’s ‘Adopt a family’ 5 boxes were packed with gifts and food supplies for our family of 5. Daryll thanked members for their generosity and assured us that one more local family will have a happy Christmas Day.  $50 cheques and letters were sent to Geelong, Newcomb, Belmont, Grovedale and Oberon
High Schools for a literacy award for their Graduation Ceremonies.  South Geelong PS have requested I-Pads for use by Autistic children: we may purchase 2.
David - Rotary Foundation: RAWCS stickers were sold to attach to member badges. Nothing further re RAM or Shelterbox. $50/head was to be paid tonight for our Christmas party at Beckley Park.

Murray:Fellowship and Fundraising: thanked John V and Brian for the enormous amount of effort in planning, purchasing and preparing for the CoGG function. Also to Jo for organising cooking of meat & salad prep at her home and to Telsa for arranging facilities for further prep at Oberon High. John reported a profit of $7,076.10 which was a fantastic result.

Peter Kavenagh: Shelter Box committee is aware of 150,000 homeless, so please discuss with
family members and consider giving to charity this Christmas instead of gifts.
