This year our Christmas Family appeal will be a large family and all members will be emailed with the gift list over the next few weeks. Please bring this gift to the meeting where we are preparing for the Xmas Catering for Geelong Council.

Western Heights college have requested to be part of the Literacy Award which will bring our donations up to 6 schools participating.

Febuary 22nd will be the Pakington Festival and this year we will be having a float which will be organised by Jenna and Carlos- please offer them any support and Thankyou to Peter and Robin for the donation of their truck for the day.

On the 17th of December will be our Christmas Party it will be at the Geelong Boat shed for a Dinner and Dance- semi- formal please keep this date free.

Relay for Life menu is nearly finalised but we need some equipment(same discussed) and also work on quantities. Bunnings Nth Geelong brought in $1600 (25 % to Adele).

CoGG menu nearly sorted have worked out price and the fixed menu-more information will be in emails and also on preparation night.
